Technical Interview was very much a conversation to understand your skills, and questions about test strategy design for their system and applications you have worked with. I felt sad that all the effort i put to the take home tasks had only one questions asked about it ! Seemed like the did not look at it all and the technical interviewer was with a manual QA and a front end dev, the manual QA hardly had questions and very bad telephone etiquette with constant noice from her all the time while the front end Dev had no specific question and all very vague ones, if this then what, and he had to go back always to refine his questions when i asked questions back to understand better ! very haphazard technical round. Disappointed that they did not even put an effort to ask something better? The behaviour round was allright standard what you are most proud of? why this role? what mistakes have you done? why CA? etc was good did make me think.
