I was asked "Tell me about a time when..." about a hundred times. All questions had to do with their Leadership Principles (there are websites that can help you prepare to understand the leadership principles) or technical questions related to my role.
The entire interview was BBI format based on the Leadership Principles. There are many resources online that share the questions asked and it was helpful to review them and prepare prior to meeting

How have you dealt with a difficult SME in the past? What type of management style works for you and what doesn’t? What do you do outside of work to maintain a healthy work-life balance?
