One of the questions I was asked by the managing director was if I realized that this was going to be "a real job, right?" This was a real question and she expected an answer. I am a 28 year old professional and have been working for close to a decade. Jennifer believed that because I was coming from a different career field that I wouldn't understand what I means to work in a professional environment, despite the fact that this was a second interview and we had talked about my qualifications and career experience prior.
