Discussion scheduled with hiring manager he explained job details and company history. Good part about all these discussions are transparency and detailing about job details, I was impressed with small nitty gritty details shared by both hiring manager and HR. Second round of discussion happened with hiring manager and it was related to team handling issues and resource management questions. Though I am not get selected but I will definitely look for joining this company in future. Appreciate efforts taken by HR and India Management to setup a very candidate friendly and smooth process for interviews.

Salary offer - they made the offer and then waited for my response. It was lower than I’d expected and when I indicated that I was looking for something a bit higher, instead of countering they just withdrew the offer. I later found out that part of their interview process is that they only make one offer and if you don’t act excited and positive about it they ghost you.
