How would your coworkers know if you're stressed out?
Can you Solder? What is previous experience? Do you have production work experience in soldering? How would you repair? Do you have to have a schematic or can you repair based off of a known functional problem with the unit and a part list know to fix this functional problem? (i like to call this repairing by brail. your not sure what was broken but just replace these compontents. no going around a loop or going through a node in circuit diagram.( a sub system with electrical input and electrical outputs.))

What would you do if you saw a co-worker stealing?
Are you good at sales (keep in mind this was an entry level appliance technician job with nothing ever stated in the add that they expect any kind of sales), because if your sales of service contracts is not high we would not be needing you. Had I know this job required strong sales skills, I would not have wasted my time. I have strong technical and mechanical skills! If I wanted to do sales I would have looked into sales jobs...
