Tell me when you received good customer service.. easy questions. Don't worry too much!
Telephone interview was asked Why do I want to work for sainsbury? Why should I be hired ? Previous example of delivering excellent customer service? And other general questions. Face to face I was asked Again example of delivering excellent customer service. Example of helping out someone else Example of working in a team. That's about it really.
The face to face questions were so informal and nothing about the job just about me
