I was asked many questions in different ways how both my skills AND passion align with the role; I believe this shows that RigUp is not only trying to find someone to fill the role, but they are also intentional about making sure the company/position is a fit for the one interviewing.

What is your communication style?
I do not recall specifics, but each interview felt like a discussion vs. interview. It really put me at ease.
