During the phone interview the most difficult question is doing a role playing scenario with the recruiter. You have to really be able to think on your feet. During the test the most difficult was the numeric assessment portion of the test conducted in Excel. You only have 2 hours to take it and that's not enough unless you're an excel expert. They also don't give you anything to prepare for this. It's either you know it or you don't.
