Driver Growth Operations team members are very important for the expansion and sustainability of the business. The ideal candidates for our opening roles should have very strong analytical skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.) and feel comfortable transforming insights into business decisions.
You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi growth in LATAM!
Role Responsibilities:
Support the execution of initiatives to bring back churned drivers, using data to identify opportunities and track results.
Help launch comeback incentives, communications and product initiatives for driver reactivation.
Constantly generate knowledge through experimental testing.
Manage data dashboards and analyze performance of driver strategies, to drive insights and business decisions.
Support the management of comeback incentives across Spanish Speaking LatAm, ensuring campaigns are launched correctly and on time.
Analyze campaign results and share learnings to improve future reactivation initiatives.
Role Qualifications:
Currently studying Engineering, Computer science, Actuary, Economics or any related degree.
At least one year until graduation (ideally between 5th-8th Semester).
Strong Spreadsheets skills (Excel / Google Sheets) are a must. Comfortable about learning and using new software tools.
Passion for analytics and programming, with knowledge/experience in SQL (Nice to have: Python, R, Pandas, etc.).
Curious about innovation and automation, being able to leverage AI or other tools to enhance time efficiency and process automation for repetitive tasks.
Commitment and Integrity, being able to balance and manage time effectively between school and work, to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
Effective communicator. Proficiency in English & Spanish.
