      Pros

      There is a great culture inside 3Pillar and a place where you want to go to the office because of this. Most of the people are really professional and is a pleasure to work with them. Is a perfect environment to innovate and work with latest technologies. You feel valued you can easily develop your career path, together with people that supports you.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to grow your career internally. Promote people from within, that already are familiar with the values and the work ethics of the company. Ability to switch projects inside the company is nice. Support for local meetups. Support for attending conferences worldwide. Support for trainings/certifications. Great people from which you can learn a lot (both technical and soft skills)

      Cons

      Some internal process could run smoother. I'm sure with time this will happen
