      Pros

      job stability. never heard anyone got laid off from 3Pillar.

      Cons

      since switching from Jonah Group to 3pillar, nothing has worked correctly. They didn't pay us our benefits and the salary raise was under 1%. I even don't know the name of our HR. there is no career path in 3pillar.

      Pros

      - Availability of web training on udemy & pluralsight - Bench system (when not assigned to project you get a task to improve some internal system or has a free time to self study)

      Cons

      - Company will give you choice of the project. Problem is that company tends to up-sell the project heavily. In the end you end up working different job that initially described. - In recent year, or so, company canceled most of the benefits
