      Pros

      The position and strengths of the company provide for opportunities that you will not find in most offices. These opportunities range from innovative and ground-breaking projects to client focused positions. Also, the staff is second to none both in terms of talent as well as character. They tend to promote from within and reward hard work and excellence.

      Cons

      Like most public companies, there can be too much emphasis on the bottom line at times. As a result, our decision making can often appear short-sighted. I do believe that our leadership makes a concerted effort to minimize this con however.

      Pros

      Excellent company that supports the opportunity to gain international experience. Multiple careers can be had at AECOM given it is so vast, is involved in so many different areas and has locations all over the world.

      Cons

      Need to take stock, say thank you and recognize the contributions of individuals on a regular basis.
