Pros

Many opportunities for training and development. Plenty of opportunity to move within the company. Many onsite benefits - bank, nurse/doctor, gym, cafeteria.

Cons

Too many restructures in a short period of time, projects postponed and scope changes all the time made it for an unstable work experience.

Cons

Monitoring processed by independent contractor no travel experience or background unfair assessment. Required training must be approved by operations and if no time available must be done on own time, as many as 200 courses per year,
