Pros
Everyone is friendly, Family feeling I would say this is a good company to start your career.
Cons
Do not pay current market rates Expect you to work for peanuts for the same job at another company. Do not recognise staff for their skills and level of competence / experience Expect you to do overtime (which can be paid if agreed) to get projects finished Not a good company for a work/life balance unless you like working 40+ hours a week. No considerations for maintainability, No clear defined agile process Mostly waterfall and not even clear requirements. Managers always passing the buck even when they were to blame for their decision
