No one will care about you, just the company and the customers There will be short breaks and taking JUST 1 min left affects your metrics a lot and there will be retaliation for that. They will brainwash you with a great future full of opportunities, work 4 hours and nothing will come, continue for more and it will be the same They will say "LAZY PEOPLE DONT LAST HERE" more like SMART people don't last there. If your metrics are low, they will start abusing conduct reports for nothing until they can fire you with no compensation.

Att system is very outdate, you need to have a total of 5 or more programs running all time which are slow and crashes all the time, IVR system is broken you get calls that are not for your department all the time and when you transferred them that system sends them back to you or your department.
