Pros

It does have a great payment and benefits for the job done, it has a good schedule of 8 hours daily.

Cons

The working environment they tell you that you are there to help and be an advocate for the customer but you get scolded if you do more for the customer, when needed help form a supervisor it takes ages for them to help you out

Pros

At the time it was above average pay and “lower” influx of calls. Decent monthly bonus if you’re a top performer.

Cons

Back2back as usual. Typical minute to minute activity tracking. Constant feedback and pressure to increase numbers/goals (as any call center). Not many opportunities to grow if you’re not a top performer and have developed decent network.
