AXA reviews

I have been with AXA as a FC for a short stint and decided to went ahead for a best insurance company. 2 years later when I decided to give AXA a try again, my goodness. Nothing has changed! Company A has catch on technology so fast that and AXA is still using paper submission method. When AXa decided to create a app for e-submission, they are using very old technology and entering sales process wasn’t seamless! It was just very frustrating to close a sales within 10mins. Still, there was a lot of paperwork to backup the e-submission. AXA has not once but many times has failed giro deductions on my client’s bank account and there were months there were no deductions at all. All of a sudden, the dept decided to deduct all the missed GIRO payment at one go! My clients were furious! Client being client, I’m the one who gets it from them and no apologies and crisis management on AXA’s part. There are more juicier stuffs which I can’t mention as it may involved legal stuffs.. but I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO JOIN AXA. Their products are inferior as well.

Constant company reorganisations and redundancies, lack of training or promotion opportunities. No loyalty to staff, but they expect loyalty from you!
