Good benefits Non management workers are really nice

Cons

Inconsistent in what you are told and through departments Decisions never explained Managers just don’t seem to care and can be quite lazy Don’t listen to workers No trust in workers to do their jobs

Pros

Good package with annual pay review, bonus scheme, share scheme and very good pension contributions. Good supervision of work, thorough QA and dent project management. Strict control of access ( a good thing)

Cons

Poor communication from team management at times, some empire building at lower management level. Lots of cliques. Most of the development and test has been offshored to a company with a proven record of data loss (Cognizant). We are currently training our replacements in how to do our jobs. Incredibly dull work at times. Use of newer technology (eg Agile) is very limited. Very limited opportunities for progression in career (even prior to offshoring).
