Pros

- Working with and learning from some of the best sales professionals in the business. - Selling an ethical product (private health insurance) that genuinely makes a difference to our customers’ lives. - Based on performance against achievable targets, you can earn two salary promotions each year (£8k extra). There are eight promotions in total starting from £30.5k up to £58.5k. For context, over 80% of our new starters this year are on track to achieve a double promotion. - Based on performance against achievable targets, you can also earn an End of Year performance bonus from 12.5% up to 20% of your salary. - Generous pension scheme where you can get 21% salary contributions each month by putting in 9% and AXA will match with 12%. This means over a long standing career, you can earn a comfortable retirement. - Other amazing benefits include private health insurance for you and your family. Life insurance which is ten times your salary. Critical illness cover for you and your family at a discounted rate. Dental cover for you and your family at a discounted rate. Shareplan scheme to invest in AXA shares at a discounted rate. Holiday buy or sell option for 5 days each year. Access to a huge variety of retailers with discounted rates. Other AXA insurance products at a discounted rate such as car and home insurance. There are many more benefits as well. - Realistic progression opportunities into sales management or other areas within AXA. - End of Year Awards party, Summer party and Christmas party each year to celebrate our successes. - Feeling supported, security and well looked after as an employee.

Cons

- Not necessarily a con but something to be aware of is it’s a fast paced industry with lots of change, so you’ll need to be able to embrace that.
