Pros

I have worked here now for over 10 years, whilst there have been some occasions during that time that haven't been perfect, overall I would say this is a company that tries to do it best by customers and employees, and provide a stable career path for employees.

Cons

It does sometimes feel like we are constantly trying to cut costs, maybe to the detriment of the employees (constant adding to workload, maybe some stress) - however from talking to people in other companies, I think this could be true of most organisations in this competitive marketplace.
