Learn and gain international experience. Junior engineers are in charge of million euros. Travel a round the world involved in different projects, solar, combine cycle, etc

Cons

Low proffessionality, things are Solved working extra hours without a plan. managers only thinking in bonus. Billon dolar projects are Managed with Excel.
