Pros

Actually work/life balance has been very good as a Process Engineer. As a family person, with kids, protecting family time is important. Current leadership is very accommodating. Don't believe the all of the negative press. Able to work independently and impact several site with projects.

Cons

Travel in general should be 100% stopped with uptick in Covid. Amazon has sent communication that it has unless critical needs, however, some orgs are traveling like nothing changed.
