      Pros

      - Solid culture and leadership principles. It's in our DNA. Lots of smart and passionate people. Most if not all decision is backed by data. - Very supportive tooling and process, help to make it easier to do meticulous managerial tasks (promotion & performance reviews). - Great opportunities to make impacts at all levels.

      Cons

      - Hiring freeze is tough for everyone. Layoff rounds make it worse. - Benefits and perks were subpar compared to other giant tech. - Some organizations were messier than others.

      1. Onboarding process is good, with three months plan to cover a lot of topics. 2. A lot of knowledge, process to learn, a lot of tools to get you engaged. 3. People are pretty nice and very technical, dive deep is a basic skill. 4. Manager truly cares about employee, provides feedback and opportunity for them.

      Cons

      1. The system is pretty complex, ramp up time is not quick. 2. A lot of work to do, a lot of information to digest which keep you busy. 3. No free snacks, no free food, even there is no bananas anymore.
