Pros

Salary and free food. Good people at low level

Cons

Company doesnt have vision to grow at all. They are specialist in ruining the career of their employees. No processes at all. I have worked in multi billion dollar organizations and joined this one because they promised lot of things. But when I joined I realized everything is mess. Without any reason they fire people with 1 day notice and then you have to send tonnes of e-mail to know the reason. The only answer is "Management decision". If you want to destroy your life - personally and professionally then join this company. There is racism attitude also for emerging countries.

Pros

Pay is very good. Some teams have lots of learning opportunities, some very smart engineers.

Cons

Very poor office culture. Disrespectful people - lots of drama, theatrics for small things. Some teams have matured and are stuck in maintenance mode. As a result, there are quite a few people with lots of free time in their hands who have nothing better to do than throw their weight around. While the pay makes up for some of this, there is no 401K matching, commute to the city can be an expensive PITA.

Because we stress the importance of open communication, issues that may arise between team members are encouraged to be discussed with your manager and with your involved coworker so we can find the best solution. Managers are available for 1:1 meetings and our open office seating allows for easy reachability. We hope that you are able to make the necessary steps to work on this problem with your team!

Cons

The corp culture in AD is very unique and very different from other silicon valley companies, which may be related to the fact that most of the leaders/managers don't have education backgrounds in United States. If you are not from the similar background, you will find it very hard to fit into.
