      Every thing is good. You can have a balance in your life. Seniors are good. Helpful and friendly people.

      Pros

      Appirio is one of the most culturally rich environments that I have experienced. Everyone is very passionate about what they do as an individual as well as what WE are doing as a company. Yes, it is a very fast paced environment, but we find time to cultivate strong relationships and have fun. Being a company of just about 1000 employees, you still have the opportunity to shine as an individual. We have great strategic partnerships and everyone is generally excited about where the company is heading!

      Cons

      It takes a special type of person to be able to excel at Appirio - you need to be independent, flexible and extremely motivated. There are constant "growing pains" that you would experience in a company that is still in their upward climb for success.

      Pros

      Even with a good amount of the team working remotely there is still a collaboration and cohesiveness that you don't find in most companies especially consulting firms. There is constant innovation which keeps you on your toes and provides challenging work. The team truly cares and there is a huge emphasis on making sure you are having fun doing work that you love to do.

      Cons

      The pace at times can be difficult to keep up with based on the amount to growth we are having.
