      Not as advertised - no vision

      Pros

      Great people, nice offices, macbook computers.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking. Advertises work from home, fun work environment, great vision and leadership. Once you are there you are regulated like its the 1980's. All thought leadership left last year and now they just spend spend spend through VC money with no idea on how to turn a profit.

      Pros

      -Can be very flexible working from home. -Deep knowledge of SFDC and related technologies will allow you to learn a lot while working here. -Biweekly team calls keep you informed about what's going on in the company. -Strong sense of community. -Relatively easy to try new things and get involved internally.

      Cons

      -IT systems are very difficult and confusing to navigate. -Focus seems to be shifting away from customer centricity and delivery excellence to sales, how much $ the company can pull in, and how quickly it can do that. -Being part of a larger organization (Wipro) results in an "above average" amount of internal politics. -Pay and benefits could be better. -Company is transitioning from startup mode to enterprise mode - and that fact on its own is not a con. However, many long time employees are holding onto the startup mentality, which causes lots of complaining and low morale. -New CEO and ELT seems less engaged than they used to be.
