      Pros

      The Engineering disciplines work well together and collaborate effectively to deliver design projects. There are lots of technical shares provided by the teams during the team catchups. Overall, the company has great work culture and you flexibility in remote working.

      Cons

      There is no shortage of workload and you can get a bit overwhelmed if resourcing isn't sufficient.

      Pros

      Great employee benefits that are in place from day 1 of employment. Super flexible with work from home.

      Cons

      Induction process could be better and more personalised. You spend a lot of time watching recorded videos. My induction buddy was based in another office. No handover or guide to help you get settled into the role and become familiar with administrative processes. Took 2 months to receive an office swipe card. Lack of workload due to most managers having their own Executive Assistant. Days went by slowly. Job security was a concern as an Executive Assistant - if your manager goes, you are at risk.
