      Pros

      Loads of deals Although I had an incomplete training due to the workload it gives a great experience in many deals. It is easy to jump to other Banks and local PEs.

      Cons

      It's a sweatshop. The team hires many analysts to be part in any type of deal either big or small. People work some times more than buldge brackets but with the salary of a commerical bank. There is a in-group phenomena in which the managers favour some people -mostly bankers from Spain. Some people are not very talented but growing.

      Pros

      They have a competitive compensation package. I had one of the most committed Scrum teams in the area I've worked for.

      Cons

      The leadership they show on media, is not the same we have on a daily basis. The value #OneTeam is just for achievements and not for failures, even though the Head of Business Development said to the press: ”We celebrate failure”.

      Pros

      Sting development of both theoretical knowledge and relationships management. Furthermore, one must become familiar with the intricacies of the industry/market which corresponds to one’s investment banking team.

      Cons

      Very demanding schedule; one may have to stay at the office until very late (regardless of how early one arrives). Most employees are willing to aid in one’s skill-development and strengthening of weaknesses, but a select few may be unwilling to share knowledge. High-stress job.
