      Pros

      stability and long term retention is good, friendly environment, Nice place to work, good compensation and salary at starting from ASM level not below that.

      Cons

      As i am currently working with this company more than two year i suggest not to join this company at sales executive level because its entery level sales position and at this position salary ,Expenses, incentives very very low as well less chances of growth

      Pros

      At BD you will have a lot of opportunities to develop and follow your own initiatives, get attention and support for your projects. The company will also heavily invest in your skills, thou it may then miss the opportunity to use your new competencies. BD is continuously bagging Top Job awards, and the employees are very loyal, fluctuation is relatively low.

      Cons

      The company is not exactly adventurous and decisive - it may well happen that important decisions are postponed and delegated around because nobody actually wants to make them until the last minute. While this can be the occassional nuissance, a real downside is, that BD is not exactly the best payer in the industy. Moreover, since the average employee will be with BD for a very long time, the company runs risks of getting biased insider perspectives, which does not go together well with the mentioned indecisiveness.
