1- Working with BL Herbart is not working for BL Herbart it is working with BL Herbart 2- One works with friends not bosses 3- One gets to learn many new things 4- One finds the true results of appreciation and cooperation

Cons

I worked on US embassy project so the security although very essential would feel some time irritating
