      Pros

      Easy to transfer internally, great London presence, excellent quality staff (both grads and non-grads)

      Cons

      Systems are a bit behind the market, certain products not easy to sell, interview process can be incredibly long-winded (I am in the process of applying for an internal position and have had around 8-10 hours of interviews so far!)

      Pros

      Brand name, good money, good location, very competent co workers, very diverse work and opportunities to grow are very high

      Cons

      Long working hours because of which work life balance takes a toll. Bein a bank, it also requires that you cannot work from home much because of data confidentiality, so flexibility is lost a bit

      Nice people, team atmosphere and great location. People really try to help each other while driving toward the completion of the project.

      Cons

      Many silos, and there is an absolute lack of organization charts.
