Financially stable, good benefits and worklife balance. Talented people throughout organization. Vast resources, strong belief in safety and quality control

Cons

The company innovates from outside by purchasing companies and technology instead of taking advantage of their employees vast knowledge and abilities. Management decisions are often kept secret and information is not shared freely in terms of organizational goals and research pipeline which creates an unpleasant political atmosphere. To survive here, you need lots of friends in management to tell you what is going on otherwise what you don't know will hurt you.
