-they let employees do a rotational program that allows them to see all the different paths they can choose to follow once in the company.

Cons

-communication is not very good. -feedback given to employees can be improved -salary is very low as compared to others in the field (intern & newly hired, i don't know about others)

honorable business mission, relatively stable company, diversified product/service portfolio, international exposure and recognition, a good place to learn corporate structure and operational system

Cons

Bureaucratic and political, company is too big to be efficient, silo working environment, slow and outdated IT infrastructure, inefficient management, lack of long term vision and planning
