Cons

Frustrating middle management at times. Mobility and communication from HR on internal mobility can be extremely frustrating. Overall great place to work.

-BLK offers a wide array of opportunities for learning on the job. -Hours are in line with any other financial services job, (the occasional long evening or weekend). -Coworkers are always willing to help or explain a problem.

Cons

- Salary is subpar compared to the industry - More management training is needed. Various middle managers have disgraceful interpersonal behavior and strong negativity. - Decisions are not open for discussion, its a "my way or the highway" atmosphere.
