Male counterpart was making 30% higher salary than female counter parts. HR said he probably was just a better negotiator.

Pros

Free food and beverage, lots of events going on, and you get to experience various scales project with global clients within a short amount of time. Female leaders.

Cons

A lot of senior designers are emotionally immature and get personal. HR is racist. No bonus. They make it seem like they're open, but still conservative.
