Great people to work with. Nottingham office facilities can’t be faulted. Good progression if you put the hours in.
Cons
Forced performance management bell curve is ruthless. I’ve seen many people put on plans who don’t need one as a tick-box exercise. The culture has changed and isn’t what it used to be. Most of the time it feels like everyone is running around like a headless chicken. The volume of work expected is unrealistic and leads to burn-out and disengagement.
