The compensation is mediocre with base salaries just above the industry median and the stock is flat. We are falling way behind the industry. As mentioned many times, the company demands a lot out of its employees and the new culture of collaboration leads me to my day job of attending 6-8 meetings each day and my night job is reading email. We are driving our business at break-neck speeds and I don't see the same focus and attention on the people aspect of the business as we did say 5-7 years ago. It is a stressful environment to work in but I love my job.... sigh.... It's a company of many type A personalities. Is the human body capable of keeping up this Cisco-pace?
