      Bureaucracy es getting crazy

      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits in general.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy is getting so bad at the moment, impeding everyday tasks for arbitrary reasons backed on plain bureaucracy. Non-sense blockers all the time due to centralized engineering decisions that again, seem arbitrary almost every time.

      They believe in efficiency and will reward your commitment with the project you're in. Working from home, retirement, healthcare and gym benefits.

      Cons

      They are starting with agile, you can only do what they tell you todo, there is no room for proposals and there are no career plans within the company.
