Pros

Shoe Ambassador program is the only bonus.

Cons

Long, hard hours to accommodate China, Europe, and Mexico. Expectation is for you to do as management says not as they do - they are not an example of what they spout. They bring in all of these outside companies to tell them how to run their company, but everyone has to follow the new rules but management - really defeats the purpose. Management have anger issues; they fly off the handle and humiliate people in public. Very poor management skills. Still runs on the Good 'Ole Boy Network. If you don't adhere to their bad management, they will figure out a way to fire you. I do NOT know how they continually get away with it. I've seen so many people lose their jobs because they have the worst managers. They work them to death, unfairly work them knowing that they will terminate them. They just use people up and throw them away and there are never repercussions for management.

Pros

Employee discounts and free shoes are about the only good thing.

Cons

Management is discriminatory, disrespectful, not supportive, and childish. They will ignore and isolate you all shift and then claim they were "observing" you. They will not have your back even after asking questions to make sure you are following policy. Crocs claims that coaching is important but their managers don't know how to do it. They reduced hours, wouldn't allow me to have a specific day off, but allowed it for other team leads. They allowed some employees to break dress code but wrote me up for changing out of (before my shift started) something I didn't realize broke the dress code. Every manager was late and not spoken to, but me being on time didnt mean anything either. Management made many assumptions and lies, but made them fact on my review to make me look bad (ie knowing a customer because she happened to be a teacher and we had a conversation?). They say they are all about customers (greeting, getting name, shoe size, etc.) but when taking care of customers you get in trouble? Double standards were everywhere. Don't bother.

Pros

- Discounts - Free clogs per contract - Has annual/medical leaves

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations from the manager - Rude and sarcastic manager - Culture is subjective depending on the store but overall company culture is unacceptable, they have created an environment where employees do not feel valued or supported - Expect the part-timers to know the company inside out despite no orientation and training - The manager is sometimes too controlling of the working schedule despite HR telling part-timers that they can request which day they are unable to make it (e.g. sick, school, doctor appointment, personal family commitments)
