      Pros

      The pay TV industry is a fun and fast changing place and DISH is determined to win. The amount of change happening is huge so if you need alot of structure and predictable work, this place may not be right for you. I and a ton of my coworkers are learning a lot, enjoy the team and am taken care of pretty well. Think long term, be willing to work hard and bring your best game and you can have the career you want and have some fun along the way.

      Cons

      DISH is a young company but working to get better every day while it reinvents itself for the future. If you work here you have to have a thick skin, be self-sufficient, never believe you're performance is as good as it can be and not need alot of feedback and formal training.

      Great company to work for if you are looking to advance fast, I have been with the company for only two years and I enjoy every minute of it, The management team in place is great they help me out with all my concerns.

      Pros

      Soo many new high level execs have come in with a key objective to make it a better work environment. Everyone is so focused, it's become a really good place to work very quickly. Yes they get reports on when employees come in and leave, but they use them to make sure employees aren't working too hard. Personally I love it, but I'm fairly new. One of the coolest things I've seen is that they let employees change groups once they feel like they've mastered their current position. Lots of employee training and growth potential.

      Cons

      Lots of new and young people but I'm not sure that's bad.
