Dish is the con, poor benefits, poor management, poor communication. They provided an employee survey but never took action. The corporate managers treat their salary employees like they are hourly call center people. Dish is also trapped in a dying industry and the man at the helm is someone that almost nobody can stomach working with.

The environment at Dish is extremely depressing. They do nothing to keep their employees happy yet expect them to work long hours for under market pay. Anyone of value realizes they can move on and be treated and compensated much better.
