Pros
The best reason to work for Deloitte is the people. The culture is great and there are often many volunteer and company events for people to network and have fun.
Cons
The downside of working at Deloitte is the long hours and limited engagements. Sometimes you may be unassigned and have nothing to do. The pay is low considered to the other four and the amount of works worked. However, there is average benefits and certain perks such as traveling on the company's tab.
