      Perfect if you don't want to work

      Pros

      Very nice people and some genuine talent. Sometimes there's an interesting project going around (but they're so rare everybody wants to be on it).

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership - not inspiring and honestly just not very smart. No interesting projects; as a matter of fact, almost no projects at all. Lots of time on the bench.

      - Talented, smart and friendly colleagues, a pleasure to work with - Opportunities for collaboration across studios and interesting projects - Access to a global design community ready to help - Positive feedback culture

      Cons

      - The experience depends on the local studio, as they are all very different - Poor trasparency and communication above director levels - Unclear strategy (e.g. heavy cost cutting across the company while expanding higher management layers) - Increasing integration with Wipro towards management consulting, with risk of losing the company culture
