Company is enjoyable to work for, interesting work and the opportunity to move around to different teams.

Cons

Typical startup cons, can be a lot of hours and work but nothing completely unreasonable. Usually needing to work extra hours is not a sustained expectation.

Mission of helping customers is at the core of every decision at earnin. Leadership is very involved, all hands meeting once a week to make sure everyone is in sync and aware of what is going on in all aspects of the company.

Cons

earnin is still a startup but building structure around various areas. It's an exiting time to be part of this growing company.
