      Growing Better Together

      Pros

      Earnin is a company driven by its mission, dedicated to its community, and getting better together everyday. Our company is not perfect by any means, but I can see our leadership team taking strides in the right direction everyday. Our culture has been shaken by COVID-19, but our CEO is fighting tooth and nail to do right by our teams and provide us with a better more stable company in the long run. Compensation/Benefits are also at or above industry standards in my opinion.

      Cons

      -Junior Management: sometimes they need to lean on the assistance of HR or other leaders to help them navigate seemingly less complex situations. -Product Design- needs some work to keep up with a competitive and ever changing market. We need to spend more time revamping the look, ease, and overall product suite that we offer so that we stay competitive. -Leadership team sometimes takes a little too long to come to a consensus on key issues that affect our company, which sometimes has a negative impact on morale or our community members. I think they mean well, but sometimes the execution is a bit flawed

      Pros

      Everyone at Earnin genuinely cares about making the world better - whether you'r at the company for four weeks or four years, people take your ideas seriously and get after them. It's a really psychologically safe place to work.

      Cons

      As the company grows, new processes are being put in place, which can sometimes hamper productivity

      Pros

      The company is very keen on their values and mission. Literally from the top down everyone embodies the companies values. The team is full of very talented and welcoming individuals that form sort of a family.

      Cons

      There isn't much wiggle room for mobility between pods. The growth of the company also gets in the way of canvassing for help from existing team members. Also given the company's bicoastal nature, coordiating between teammates can be time consuming given the 3 hour difference in times.
