      Pros

      Mission - I grew up not well-to-do. I've worked on hipster social apps before. I prefer this. I'm a true believer in the mission of building a product for people that look like me, that talk like me. Opportunity - There is so much more we need to build. There is a ton of systems that smart, ambitious people can own and build.

      Cons

      Ambiguity - We are trying to get better at articulating the vision and building a roadmap. This is a tough place to operate for people that expect well-defined tasks to be handed to them. (And an opportunity for people that like to make decisions and convince others of their point-of-view.)

      1. Puts customer ahead of everything else. 2. Great mission. 3. Truly fast pace startup environment. 4. Performance oriented engineering org. 5. Supportive leadership team. 6. Family-friendly and flexible.

      Cons

      Sometimes, fast changing can be a con as quick adaptions are needed.

      Mission driven company that cares for both community members and employees

      Pros

      - Strong mission driven company - Employee friendly and always takes into account what is best for its community members (customers) and employees - Shut down office before CA announced state-wide shut down. Employee health and safety is a priority

      Cons

      Nothing specific, I'd have said snacks can be better but we've all been working remote.
