Pros

The people and friendships I have developed over the years.

Cons

Too many to list. The moral is so low right now. Management is not flexible at all since the new CEO was hired. It’s all about money and less about the employee’s work/life balance. Don’t work here if you want to be treated like an adult.

You can work from your home which is a plus.

Cons

Be prepared to spend 50% of your time telling the business what you are doing in multiple formats instead of actually doing the work for which you were hired to do. You will spend more time fixing operational issues such as billing, vehicle maintenance issues, roadside assistance, and solving re-registration issues because our business systems are not nearly as good as competitors and have multiple defects. There has not bee a cost of living adjustment in 2 years yet the CEO, Jay Forbes, earned $6,000,000 +.

All employees other that management care about the clients

Cons

GE mentality killed the company. Employees are only a number and they do not care about clients anymore. Two many big clients have left due to adapting to the GE customer service which there was none to begin with.
