No accountability. No interest in change. Not repeatable and reliable. Leadership talks about work life management but keeps pushing more work on employees. Instead of fixing processes, departments issues they focus on returning to work and monitoring attendance via IP addresses. Fix the problems and issues. Pay for talent. Keep the talent you have. Do not pay new hires the same as tenured employees

Honestly, I have never worked in a more toxic environment. Unless you are in the inner circle with VP or Senior C suite management you are nothing here. Although we do all the work and we are just answering to the puppet masters. And NEVER make a mistake because if you do, there is no second chance and are walked out the door, they do not believe in second chances. They claim they are all about the employees, but only when stating quarter results. The Senior VP leaders don’t celebrate success and take new ideas as their own and take all the credit. They only showcase diversity when it is good for social media and the board. They asked me as member of a “diversity” group to attend a function with leaders wonder why I was invited, now I know why it looks great on paper!! But daily brushed aside. As I stated earlier before, if it was not for the check and as a single Mom I would be GONE
