      Pros

      I work with amazing people. The individual contributors within the company are great and passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Executive leadership in this company continues to kill any passion their employees have by constantly pushing new policies that negatively affect those below them. They have no trust in allowing their managers (VP level and lower) to do what’s needed to ensure the productivity, engagement and quality from their teams. They have tone deaf meetings in which the CEO spouts sentiments on how they want employees to have more dedication to this company than their families. Direct quote from the last strategy session “we want people to go above and beyond just like they do when they are raising their children.” It was distasteful- I cannot believe they continue to allow this CEO to speak publicly as she is a walking billboard for how not to run a company.

      Not What It Was

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues, decent location, easy access to transit and highways

      Cons

      Senior management is terrible, no communication, rumors run rampant and after a few months they turn out to be true. CEO is incredibly callous and uncaring, she's taking a once decent place to work and turning it into a hellhole.

      Pros

      The people and friendships I have developed over the years.

      Cons

      Too many to list. The moral is so low right now. Management is not flexible at all since the new CEO was hired. It’s all about money and less about the employee’s work/life balance. Don’t work here if you want to be treated like an adult.
