      Pros

      Element are a super friendly and welcoming team. Great collaboration across teams in Dublin & North America, Mexico and Custom Fleet in ANZ. Big emphasis on company culture, work life balance and employee development. A great place to learn and grow, surrounded by high performers and where everyone is backing each other.

      Cons

      Nothing as of yet - as it’s a start-up/expansion phase there’s lot to do and it can get busy at times but senior management prioritise employees work life balance and therefore this is managed very well so to not cause employees feeling overwhelmed.

      CEO and Executives are destroying the company!

      Pros

      Good teamwork between the employees. Managers and lower-level supervisors are trying their best to boost morale. Holiday pay is good

      Cons

      The new CEO has no communication skills, does not care about her employees, and is lowering employee morale day by day. They consistently send out Employee Surveys and the results/issues are always the same. Working in the office: No assigned work desk/area, very noisy, and unsafe.
